Operation Northwoods was a proposed false flag operation that originated within the US Department of Defense of the United States government in 1962. The proposals called for CIA operatives to both stage and commit acts of terrorism against American military and civilian targets, blame them on the Cuban government,
and use them to justify a war against Cuba. The possibilities detailed
in the document included the remote control of civilian aircraft which
would be secretly repainted as US Air Force planes,
a fabricated ‘shoot down’ of a US Air Force fighter aircraft off the
coast of Cuba, the possible assassination of Cuban immigrants, sinking
boats of Cuban refugees on the high seas, blowing up a U.S. ship, and orchestrating terrorism in U.S. cities. The proposals were rejected by President John F. Kennedy.
Fidel Castro
had taken power in Cuba in 1959 and began allowing communists into the
new Cuban government, nationalizing U.S. businesses and improving
relations with the Soviet Union, arousing the concern of the U.S.
military due to the Cold War.
The operation proposed creating public support for a war against Cuba
by blaming the Cuban government for terrorist acts that would be
perpetrated by the U.S. government. To this end, Operation Northwoods proposals recommended hijackings and bombings followed by the introduction of false evidence that would implicate the Cuban government. It stated:
The desired result from the execution of this plan would
be to place the United States in the apparent position of suffering
defensible grievances from a rash and irresponsible government of Cuba
and to develop an international image of a Cuban threat to peace in the
Western Hemisphere.
Several other proposals were included within Operation Northwoods, including real or simulated actions against various U.S. military
and civilian targets. The operation recommended developing a “Communist
Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and
even in Washington”, which involved the bombing of civilian targets,
which was to be blamed on the Cuban government to paint a false image of
Fidel Castro and misinform the American public.
The plan was drafted by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, signed by Chairman Lyman Lemnitzer and sent to the Secretary of Defense. Although part of the US government’s anti-communist Cuban Project, Operation Northwoods was never officially accepted; it was authorized by the Joint Chiefs of Staff,
but then rejected by President Kennedy. None of the false flag
operations became active under the auspices of the Operation Northwoods
proposals.

Washington, DC: âCCP must lie in order to cover up the terrible
things that theyâre doing in China, in Hong Kong, and around the world.
To do this, they use narrative warfare to control what people see as the
truth.â
One of the few social media channels to fearlessly cover China is the popular and respected China Uncensored
YouTube channel (1.95 million subscribers). To ensure editorial
independence, Chris Chappell co-owns America Uncovered LLCâalong with
co-producers Matt Gnaizda and Shelley Zhang. Together the team not only
produces China Uncensored, but three other shows as well, the longer
form podacst China Unscripted, America Uncovered and Gamers Unbeaten.
In this edition of âIndo-Pacific: Behind the Headlinesâ we speak with
Chris Chappell, the New York-based creator and host of China Uncensored
about their Hong Kong Lennon Wall.
Q: Whatâs the idea behind the Hong Kong Lennon Wall?
A: Five years ago, the China Uncensored team was in Hong Kong,
covering one of the biggest protests in human history. I will never
forget watching 2 million people march through the streets of Hong Kong.
They were protesting the Chinese Communist Partyâs trampling of Hong
Kongâs freedoms and autonomy. I felt incredibly inspired by Hongkongersâ
courage.
In 2020, the CCP took advantage of the Covid pandemic to impose a
National Security Law on Hong Kong that essentially made protesting
illegal. They instilled fear and silenced Hong Kongâs civil society.
Today, many Hong Kong activists are imprisoned or in exile.
So to make sure people remember the Hong Kong protests, we created a
digital version of one of the things Hongkongers did five years ago.
They put up sticky notes on walls all across the city with political
statements, and called each location a âLennon Wallââwhich has its roots
in the anti-communist movements in Eastern Europe in the 1980s. Making a
Lennon Wall is extremely illegal in Hong Kong now, though, so we
created a digital version online.
This new Lennon Wall is not just for Hongkongers. Itâs for everyone,
anywhere in the world. My hope is that people who feel powerless against
the CCP can feel empowered to do something, even if itâs small. Thousands of people doing something small adds up to something big. Go to https://hklennonwall.com/
and post your own message on the wall. And share it with your family and
friends. Our initial goal was to get over 10,000 unique posts, but we
hope to get many more.
Letting A.I. be the censor instead of just tagging things for consideration by a human is a MAJOR failing in logic on the part of people aside from just being lazy.
While the A..I. chatbot was capable of recognizing the Truth of my words when leaving the quotes as Pope Vincent it immediately censored my attempt to correct it regarding the ‘Sign of Jonah’.
It never debated me on it…it censored me instead.
